After you click the "burn" button, look for the "Misc" tab, you will find the Multisession options there.
Multisession made a lot more sense when blank CDs or DVDs were $15+ a piece, but at 10 cents or so a piece, it make more sense to just burn a new copy with the extra files than it does to make a "weird" multisession disc that may or may not work on some drives.
