Looks like you need to delete your medibuntu repositories. The
medibuntu servers have been shut down and are not coming back.
To get libdvdcss2 use these repositories instead:
http://www.videolan.org/developers/libdvdcss.html
As for the launchpad servers, they appear to be down right now or the
routing is messed up. I can't get to them either. I suspect they will
probably be back online by tomorrow.
