Yes, I have ... numerous times.
Bluehost tech support has been excellent in the past,
but this time, they seem to be unable to solve what
should be a relatively easy collection of several problems.
However it seems that I am now finally receiving some
email messages from the PLUG discuss list, though I
have no way of knowing if some are still missing.
