You can put the router/modem IP or you can put google's dns as 8.8.8.8
and 8.8.4.4 , any should work.

Now, I need to change the iP and gateway and broadcast
numbers to something that will be recognized on my network. I
really am having difficulties with '|GATEWAY|' because I
think it is a network-wide number and I don't think that it
is 192.168.1.2 . How can I figure out what it is?
