Hi, I am trying to change the BIOS setting in my virtualbox. A project I am working states my computer is too old for the software. In the virtualbox, I can find the BIOS states it is 12/9/2006. But my host's BIOS was updated as of 2011. I have tried VBoxManage modifyvm <vmname> --biossystemtimeoffset <timeduration>. However, all it seems to do is change the clock on the system and I can't change it back.
My host is Ubuntu 12.04, not considering to upgrade right now. Guest VM is Windows 7, tried UTC on/off doesn't change anything.
