The location this month isn't the permanent new location, it's just a
one time location until the new location opens for business.
If there is good bus service to fiesta mall, which I suspect there is,
then the new location that is catty-corner to fiesta mall in Poca Fiesta
mall should be good as well.

Rail: Not really. You'd have to go to the McClintock station and take
the McClintock bus south, then get on the Southern bus westbound. Would
be a pain.
Bus route 61 (westbound) has a stop about 400ish feet from Spokes On
Southern. Route 61 (eastbound) would probably require you to stop at
Dorsey Lane and use the crosswalk there, then walk about 1200 feet to
Spokes.
