When I run rsync one file (a directory) will not sync and the files in that file. I was wondering why. I thought that maybe if the file was in there to start that would fix it and it does so if only temporarily. Upon the next run of rsync the directory in question is deleted. the command that is run: $ rsync -aWuq --delete-before /home/bmike1/Documents /media/bmike1/RedSanDisk
