I assume you have a virtual host configured for your WordPress install?
I assume your WordPress site can be viewed in a browser? Are you
getting any errors when you try to enable the plugin?

I would even be willing to pay $$$ for someone who is a real expert!
At the moment I can't even get the IgntionDeck plugins to install.
