Was contacted by a person who needs someone to complete a project.

He says:
"Need to build an API system that pings Amazons products or in our case
targeted products. Need real-time price data without any delay and need
a push-button notification to get the signal to us for purchase (cell
phone, tablet, etc.) We have our API key ready and need to ping each
product every minute.
Budget would be anywhere between 20-50hr depending....".
