What kind of images are you feeding LuminanceHDR? Are you trying to use
it to put a panorama together or are these bracketed images shot from a
tripod or something like that?

It doesn't seem to be behaving. I tried aligning JPG images and
some of them (two of five) rotated about about 30 degrees and the
colors were all wrong (they ere mostly black and white) and they
didn't align properly. I then tried aligning the images
corresponding raw images but ever but had the same problem except
for the rotation.
Any idea how to fix this?
