Glad you are standing up. I read most of the page you sent. This seems to be the way. Today, I heard on the radio, that career bureaucrats hold info forever so their fellow bureaucrats never get charged with a crime. They run out the clock until the offense is past it's statute of limitations. Look at all the present and past scandals... no one ever gets charged.... with rare exception. No bureaucrats that is.
