I've seen that definition. Some add the ability to troubleshoot the
entire stack. But what does that mean? Does that mean the hosting
subset of a system administrator's skills? I assume networking is not
part of that definition. I've used wget to fetch files and I have used
tar to make backups - are those skills of a full-sack dev or are they
extra?
I've been searching for a reasonable definition for a while.
