I use Linux. However, I need to keep using Windows so that I can

I am going to try to make my Windows 10 installation work for as long
as possible.

My MSW10 got corrupted about a year and a half ago so I installed
Kubuntu on it. I have been luck. No Problems. I feel like I am
building some decent Ubuntu LAMP stack skills however there is so
much
to know about Linux... Yikes!! I'm a PHP dev... so I use Linux to
support that.

I was first introduced to Linux in around 1998 and it was cool to be

counterculture.... It seems now Linux is just another tool.

installed windows to verify functionality and then installed
Garuda
Linux (Variation of Arch) and i have only run into a couple of
stumping blocks that I am not 100% sure how to resolve.

Hi,

I know this is a Linux list so this might be a little or maybe a
lot
off
topic. This is a good reason to embrace Linux and go MS free.
It
is my
goal to quit using MS by this time next year when MSW10 hits end
of
life.

There is a Forbes article titled "Microsoft Windows Deadline—10
Days To
Update Or Stop Using Your PC".

https://www.forbes.com/sites/zakdoffman/2024/10/19/microsoft-warning-for-14-billion-windows-10-windows-11-users-get-free-upgrade/

I am surprised this has not been mentioned on the list.

After reading the article it appears there has been some
negligence
on
MS's part.

from
rolling over and going back to sleep after you hit the snooze
