I saw that. Tucson is an interesting place. I spent 20+ years of my
adult life in Tucson. Tucson repels the good stuff and embraces the bad

Where are they going to get their water from? No mention here.
It is my understanding this is a concern for Phoenix as well. I also
understand that the data centers are able to recycle 90% of the water
they use.
Actually, they could be following the example of the Tahoe Reno
Industrial Center set up in Storey County, NV, outside of Reno. It’s a
huge industrial park. They’ve got some hotels for visitors, but all of
the housing is in Reno and Sparks, which has driven housing prices
through the roof there.
Where are the builders when you need one. I would have thought a small
town would emerge were there was none.
