Desperation is NEVER welcome at PLUG. I think we have a pretty solid
community that is pretty willing and able to help. Even I have reached out
with no other alternatives and myself received HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of
dollars worth of free support (Configuring Cisco IOS), so the very least I
can do is offer the same.

evangelizing Linux even more!
