I also use Bazzite as my daily driver. Even though it's "gaming focused"
it's quite good as a normal daily driver.
Honestly after having used Bazzite, Bluefin, and the other Universal
Blue distros for awhile, I don't think I could ever go back to a
"traditional" Linux distro. Immutable distros with a read-only file
structure for the core OS + containerized user-space applications is the
way to go in terms of reliability, security, universal user experiences,
and ease of maintenance.

So far, I have really enjoyed the experience.

I think I might download Bluefin and put it on a VM on one of my

A post from today, and they touch on some of the reasons that the Linux
desktop is not successful. And they talk about why the Linux server is.
"This interview covers a lot of the reasoning behind Bazzite's design, the
history behind it and why we believe it's the model for the future of the
Linux desktop.
Michael also does a lot of good Linux content outside of this, so check him
out if that's your jam ?
