I started to notice issues a couple days ago and another Cox user was complaining to me about it earlier today.
It seems (Inter)network connectivity is spotty, with some areas of the 'net sometimes very slow if not unreachable. I ran speed tests last night and noted rated performance levels to some remote hosts, with time outs to others....
