Yes, there is a problem. I started to notice issues a couple days ago and 
another 
Cox user was complaining to me about it earlier today.

It seems (Inter)network connectivity is spotty, with some areas of the 'net 
sometimes very slow if not unreachable.

I ran speed tests last night and noted rated performance levels to some remote 
hosts, with time outs to others....

In speaking with the business services support technicians, all I could find 
out 
is that Cox has identified that they have a problem and that 'technicians' have 
been working on it for the last 48 hours.
