Patrick, Thanks! I didn't know Blizzard had parental controls.
The parental controls from Blizzard are based on time of day allocations (ie accessible from 7 to 9 on Thursday). I am looking for limiting access to based on amount of time per time frame (ie one hour on Thursdays).
