I've not heard good things about any of these sites. I hear projects are
under bid and most of the prospects I talk to tell me they do not trust the
developers on those sites.
I have never used them so I have no personal experience.

Hi, I have a friend who is a Cobol and Basic programmer on Open VMS. He is
doing an out of state project right now and has recently moved to the Phoenix
