System76 is wonderful. Shipping took awhile for my first laptop from them (they had to get some parts, but I got a nice LCD and CPU upgrade for the wait!), but it's a fantastic machine. Talked my boyfriend into ordering one for himself as well, and that shipped quickly. Their support is good, and the community is good as well. Highly recommended.
