I'm using Cox for internet. On top of that I use SkypeIn/SkypeOut for my phone service which runs $60 a year total. To keep it simple, I only give out my Google Voice number. I use efax.com for faxes. Near the end of the trial period of efax, I went to cancel it and they offered to cut the fee in half.
