my xp laptop is real slow and I need to turn off some services to speed it up. can anyone direct me to a website that will tell me which ones I can stop? I turned off some and restarted the computer and it was screaming fast again but internet wasn't working. The system configuration utility told me to restart one service but that wasn't the only one I needed to restart because after a restart I found that it still wasn't working.
