Put the blinking cursor at behind the last text you are including
within your reply, ahead of the remaining text you are culling, then
hold down the CTRL+SHIFT keys and hit the END key and everything
after that cursor will be selected. Then just hit the BACKSPACE or
DELETE key and you're set.
