As soon as I updated the application connection code with the new passwords they began to work again and have had no problems. I was changing the password for about 8 users. Everything was going good until I changed the password for the user I was logged in as. I was immediately logged out. Now I can't login to phpMyAdmin as any user. I can login to MySql from the CL.
