Lyle,
In the Ubuntu software center I searched for slideshow and installed Imagination and Videoporama. Both worked great for making slide shows. I think that Imagination is easier though. Also if you want them on a dvd, then you will have to load and use a program such as Bombono DVD. I personally use flash drives with a computer and projector and share a cloud storage with anyone that wants to put it on their computer.

- Lyle,
- I believe you do have a copy of Windows 7 running somewhere. You can use Windows Live Movie Maker to quickly create a nice collage of photos and add in sound tracks. Then use DVD Maker to burn the DVD.
- I just recently did this for my father-in-lawâs funeral. I simply added the 140 photos to the project, modified the animation for each photo and added a couple of songs to the mix. Took about 10 minutes to arrange everything. The rendering to a WMV file and creation of the DVD using DVD Maker took a few hours, but I didnât have to monitor the process.
