rpm maintains a db of packages installed on the system using 'rpm', and
this is what it refers to when a new package being installed defines some
dependencies.

Although you successfully installed imlib, rpm didn't relize this because
it's db was not updated.

Here are a few options:
- You could install the rpm using the nodeps option.
- You can download and install the rpm for the requuired version of imlib.
- You can download and install apt-rpm or yum which would enable you to
install packages without ever having to worry about dependencies.
- You could download the enlightenment sources as well and install that
manually too.

Once, when the secrets of science were the jealously guarded property
of a small priesthood, the common man had no hope of mastering their arcane
complexities. Years of study in musty classrooms were prerequisite to
obtaining even a dim, incoherent knowledge of science.
Today all that has changed: a dim, incoherent knowledge of science is
available to anyone.
