I'd like to upgrade from my current RH9 installation to something that's new and exciting, simply because I'm tired of upgrading packages the whole time. I was thinking of FC2, but if anyone can point me in the direction of other distros that might be better, I'm definitely open to that as well. I use linux mainly for PHP development. I'm not an expert sysad or hacker, though I get by. So something like Gentoo would probably be out for me as I've heard it's mainly for hardcore *nix-ers.
Also, if any of these distros come packaged with PHP5, that would be ultra-cool as it'll save me the trouble of having to upgrade that seperately.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Also, I'm going to need help getting hold of these things. I'm not particularly looking forward to downloading ISO images from the internet, so if someone in their kindness can allow me to copy their CDs, that'll make this whole upgrade thing just perfect.
