I googled bit more and found out that u can use 80 dpi fonts. So made following changes to /etc/X11/xdm/Xservers #:0 local /usr/X11R6/bin/X -deferglyphs 16 :0 local /usr/X11R6/bin/X -deferglyphs 16 -dpi 80 Well, the font size did increase... but of all the programs. Now the font-size of KDE programs is too big :(. Also windows in programs like Kontact are behaving strangely.
