See, most devices work with the USB-UHCI module which is actually for intel
host adapters. The OHCI module is for the Compaq/VIA/etc style host adapters,
which in fact isnt present on my notebook. So I dont need the USB-OHCI
module. Then again, hotplug is enabled. And /proc/bus/usb/devices lists the
device as Sony DSC or Sony PTP depending on the mode used. The problem
however, I guess is the fact that /var/log/messages doesnt report the device
being seen by the usb-storage driver when in Mass Storage mode. And I need
some help to fix that.
