> GPRS INTERNET on Fedora core 1. First thing. Please do not start a new thread by replying to a old one. It really screws up the message threads.
To answer your question, this is what gprs + linux on google turned up : http://kotinetti.suomi.net/mcfrisk/linux_gprs.html In linux, if your modem is on COM3, it should be on /dev/ttyS2. Have a look at www.pcquest.com/content/handson/2004/104090202.asp and www.pcquest.com/content/linux/2004/104050807.asp The last article deals with GPRS along with Bluetooth. If you disregard the bluetooth part, the rest should be useful to you. Kaustubh -- I've run DOOM more in the last few days than I have the last few months.
