I used linux resolution=640x480 at boot to get a gui install. The driver for i810 graphics is now optimised for later chipsets like 865,875,915 etc hence on net many suggest booting first in text mode and editing xorg.conf and adding Option "NoAccel". More over if you want latest stuff FC-3 has it. I don't know MDK10.1 package listing. I like linux because it lets me peek into the innards and fix things. Suse,Mdk take the fun out of it. Then why not boot Win-XP? Ranjit.
