excuse me, did you say "do NOT" write a polite mail? maybe thats why he/they dont respond if you write rude/crass emails to them.... what a waste of energy it will be.... even if you are highly annoyed and totally pissed off you should be polite and professional... dont abuse... just write clearly "I am very disappointed.
