can any one tell me how do i stream videos over network using C i.e I
wnt to
know liberies related to it.
eg: I have created my server.c & client.c (using socket).
My server will be snding .mpeg file BUFFER by BUFFER.
My client will receive it & immediately start playing it i.e
playing the
buffer by buffer ( i guess that's what called as Streaming Vedio's).
