My experience is similar. Politeness pays, even though I was neither
regular nor frequent to follow up.

I was told to log on to http://10.240.43.21 to change the password,
However, on 7/8 occasions I tried at various times (day and night), the
site was always timed out.
I did not ask for any site where I could check the usage on BSNL
website. Still enough time - till June - to worry about this aspect.
I asked for accessing the mail accunt which is given with the connection
and was directed to www.dataone.in. The username/password combination
returns "Invalid username/password" error message.

I have been mostly out of town for last month or so and did not follow
up with BSNL on any of these issues. I'd proably do that after 10th
March and keep the list posted about the developments.

In the menawhile, if anyone has any details/success in any of these
matters, please let us know.
