The new bandwidth tariff's come into effect from the
1st of April.
Yeah...I would like to see a 1 Mbps ADSL connection
for around Rs. 2,000/- for starters at least. In Japan
you get a 10 Mbps line for anything between $20 to $30
USD. That's damn cheap considering the fact that Japan
is one of the most expensive countries on Earth.
As Vishal has mentioned in his post, I hope this
tariff slash will usher in a broadband revolution. And
I am sure, the ISP's will pass on the benefits to
their customers. They have no choice anyway!
