Hi,
We are developing a software in our social project
using Python-GTK (Mandrake linux-platform),and also
using Glade.
For this application we have downnloaded latest
versions like:
Python2.4, pyGtk-2.6.1, gtk+-2.6.3, glib 2.6.3, Glade
2.6.8
We are trying to install gtk+-2.6.3,It is giving an
error:
*****************************************************
configure: error: Library requirements (glib-2.0 >=
2.6.0 atk >= 1.0.1 pango >= 1.8.0) not met;
consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment
variable if your libraries are in a nonstandard prefix
so pkg-config can find them.
*****************************************************
Actually we are not getting how to plug the latest
glib installed version in GTK installation. Can
somebody Answer this Question? This is a very urgent
problem. If you or your friend knows about it, please
let me know at the earliest.
regards,
(Anand Kulkarni)
