Hi,
Does anybody on this list hold LPI certification?
I was thinking of going for it.
I am working with linux for a year or so but only as a user and not administrator.
I want a certification which is suitable for a newbie to start off as a junior system administrator.
RHCE seems a bit advanced and also has a lab test.
I have no idea about how much these certifications hold value in the job market.
Your suggestions/opinions are most welcomed.
Thanks,
Yogesh
I dont think anybody is LPI certified here. As such, LPI is new to India and there is hardly any awareness of LPI.
If you think RHCE is tough, LPI will be even harder....
Well, if we have enough people who are willing to appear for the LPI exams, we can possibly arrange the LPI tests locally in Pune.
