Seems like a copyright violation for the following reasons -
1. Google did not turn up any site that has this book for download.
The O'Reilly site mentions this being a (C) book.
2. The files that you have uploaded do not have the cover, or the
copyright notices intact.
It will be better if you don't make the book available for download,
you might land in legal trouble - if the above mentioned sites find
out the (C) violation.
*AND*
It is a good habit to *invest* in the book, rather than using a
ripped copy - in the honour of the author who has invested a lot of
emotional, and physical energy in its making. (Foreign editions are
costly, etc., cannot be a reason to use ripped copies - purchase
e-books in this case. http://safari.oreilly.com provides a good
service for their books. I am sure UPT shall be available here too.)
