HI all, This is even more surprising find than the preveous. It wasn't firefox after all. The blogger site stopped throwing any messages after some time...... frustrated i just started looking at possible block. after struggling for about an hour i found out by accident that the fault somehow lies with the 'pon dsl-provider' command which uses rp-pppoe module.
i shutdown the interface with poff script and for some reason unknown to the universe i started the interface with adsl-start..... and whola!!! the bloggger started loadign happily.
