Hi Vishal,

Can you check the contents of BOOT.INI file present on the C: drive.
It is a hidden file. Check that it is properly configured. Check that
the numbers mentioned in parantheses point to the windows XP partition
properly.

E.g. Contents of BOOT.INI should be something like this:-
[boot loader]
timeout=5
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP
Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows 98" /fastdetect

I dont know whether samba server provides such interface???
