Hi Vijay,
I don't know any tool doing this automatically. But you
can write a simple perl script which will
1. Parse the data xml ( use XML::DOM or XML::XPATH )
2. Write into db ( use DBI )
You can find these perl modules on CPAN (www.cpan.org)
