Sandeep, More information is required in order to solve your problem. When does the GUI (X server) actually crash? Do you get a graphical login screen or does X just not start at all (does booting up linux take you to a text based login prompt)?
What do the system logs say? Maybe you'll be able to find some error/crash messages/logs in files under the directory /var/log. What graphics card are you using? If I'm correct SuSE 9.0 had XFree86. The current version of SuSE is 9.3 and comes with X.org I'd suggest you upgrade your system as anyway SuSE 9.0 is pretty old!
