hi,
i have installed mandrake 9.1 on my pc yesterday and
during installation by mistake i clicked on no for gui
and after reboot default runlevel was 3
i changed runlevel to 5,configured X with mdrakxconf
and even with xfree86conf ,it does complete the
procedure but i am still not able to start gui
when i try to start gui with startx or kde it gives
xdm error
xdm erro no 13
execution failed /etc/X11/X
i wana solve this prob without reinstalling
previously redhat 8 was working fine my pc conf is pII
160 mb ram cirrus logic display card,i hope it wont be
h/w compatibility issue
experts pl guide me
