Any and all kinds of spam filtering software that runs on the email server should be capable of doing this. i.e. search every email as it comes to the server for specific words deemed inappropriate, and bounce it back to the sender telling him which word was inappropriate and asking him to rephrase and resend if he wanted the email to reach the list.
