Just open the cabinet and see if motherboard power is ON if that is ok then you must check to see whether your mbd fan is running.
BTW what processor do you use ? AMD/iNTEL ? if you could give a detail discription then maybe i can figure out the problem tell me the PC confn etc etc ?
