I haven't tried Enlightenment... but yes I have tried Wine...

Ubuntu/Kubuntu is debain based... so just apt-get it (thats why I love debian)
apt-get update
apt-get install wine

This will do the trick...
I don't remember in which repositories u'll get wine... if you don't
find it in ur default repositories... add some extra ones... follow
the instructions from
http://www.ubuntuguide.org/#extrarepositories
