Perhaps your can login to their bug database and post
the suggestion.
Whenever I feel anything can be improved, OR as an end
user, if I feel that something is lacking - I always
log the point to their database.
You are wasting your energies ranting here.
Perhaps you can be more constructive by suggesting -
better would be programming.
