RH9 might be old to run latest version of some
softwares. You can install yum on rh9 and then use yum
to install other softwares. Yum can resolve
dependencies and install missing components.
Some open source softwares like vtiger provide a
bundle which installs mysql, php, apache and software
itself from single excutable.
Alternative will be to use rpm to install all the
softwares. YOu can find rpm's from respective
software's site, though i doubt latest version will
support RH9.
