Firstly, its is a bad practice to ask a new question in an old thread.
This question is new because it has nothing to do with BSNL Data 1 as
such, its about sharing net connections. I presume you are not asking
about the legal aspect of sharing the connection.

Yes, its is possible. Squid is a proxy server.
However NAT (Network address translation) is the best way.

You can get an intelligent router device (wired/wireless). You do need
_some_ device to do the routing for you though. It might be a good
idea to pick up an old 386-486 based machine to work solely as a
router. You can leave that on, it wont consume as much power.
