Unfortunatly the application vendors are not providing
their s/ws in such a format. Eg yahoo messenger
provides rpm and some other option - I dont remember.
Also openoffice is in tar.gz format which I dont think
is as simple as running a script (?).
Anyways, it was good to see an lsb compliant installer
- if that's the case.
